This is for the EXAM ONLY - Covers the Exam and Proctor Fee. Do not purchase the exam from State Food Safety. The COURSE must be purchased and completed ONLINE through State Food Safety PRIOR to the exam date for FIRST TIME certifications.

For recertifications - it is not necessary to retake the course (unless otherwise directed to do so). However, you must provide a copy of your Certified Food Manager certificate or a copy of your transcript to rob@cleancuisineva.com immediately upon purchase of this exam and proctor fee.
